Responding to Today’s Most Significant Employee Benefits Changes”, focused on Employee Benefits Law, addressing the most recent hot topics, updates, fees and developments in employee benefit plans. Mr. Lloyd’s presentation addressed recently issued government guidance on missing plan participants, including the new PBGC program for defined contribution plans and provided suggestions on best practices compliance.
