J. Tayler Fox, an experienced litigation and real estate attorney, recently joined Durham Jones & Pinegar as a Senior Associate in the Litigation Group. Mr. Fox brings more than eight years of experience to benefit his clients, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar.
His extensive background includes successful representation of clients in real property law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, loan workouts, default collections, foreclosures, title disputes and lender liability and foreclosure litigation defense. He has also represented major lending institutions at both trial and appellate levels.
Fox comes to D|J|P from a mid-sized firm in Salt Lake City where he practiced as a Shareholder. Early this year, he was recognized by peers as “Utah Legal Elite” in Utah Business Magazine as an “Up & Coming” attorney.
Fox earned a BA in Political Science with a minor in History, where he was included on the Dean’s List. He earned an MA in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in English, and was a member of the Sigma Tau Delta Honor Society.
