BRENT N. BATEMAN JOINS DJP

Durham Jones & Pinegar is pleased to announce that Brent N. Bateman has joined our firm as a Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate section.

He has broad experience with and knowledge of municipal codes and procedures and navigating the sometimes complicated and difficult set of laws and restrictions that affect property owners’ rights to use and develop their real property. We are pleased to add Brent to our real estate practice group which offers comprehensive advice to clients involving development, financing, water law and environmental compliance matters.”

 

Brent N. Bateman is a member of the firm’s Real Estate section. Mr. Bateman’s practice focuses on zoning, land use, impact fees, roads, property rights, real estate and environmental matters. He represents land developers, homebuilders, landowners, manufacturers, energy companies, wireless carriers, mining companies, waste companies, ski resorts, ranchers, farmers and chemical companies. Mr. Bateman also is a trained and experienced mediator.
