Brent N. Bateman is a member of the firm’s Real Estate section. Mr. Bateman’s practice focuses on zoning, land use, impact fees, roads, property rights, real estate and environmental matters. He represents land developers, homebuilders, landowners, manufacturers, energy companies, wireless carriers, mining companies, waste companies, ski resorts, ranchers, farmers and chemical companies. Mr. Bateman also is a trained and experienced mediator.
