Durham Jones & Pinegar is pleased to announce that a team of its attorneys just assisted with the closing of an 80 MW solar power generating plant in Sevier County, Utah. The DJP team was led by Ian S. Davis and included Brad R. Cahoon, Brent N. Bateman, Gary R. Thorup, Tyler R. Cahoon and John V. Tipton.
