Lacey’s practice focuses on complex patent, copyright, and trademark litigation. In addition, she has experience helping clients in obtaining and enforcing copyright protection. As an inventor with a patent of her own, Lacey is very familiar with the importance of intellectual property rights.
Lacey has worked as a clerk for two major intellectual property litigation law firms in Salt Lake City. While serving on the Women in the Law board as the service co-chair, she directed and organized the annual service project, an event to raise awareness for domestic violence issues.
As a competitive athlete, Lacey was chosen to be a member of the All-American (Academic and Athletic) Volleyball teams. She loves spending her free time playing both the folk lever-harp and concert pedal harp, writing, and spending time with her husband and son. They enjoy listening to music, watching movies, and participating in and watching various sports.
