Cole L. Bingham is an experienced litigator whose practice primarily focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including personal injury, business torts, contract enforcement, negligence, intentional torts, and premises liability. Mr. Bingham also dedicates a portion of his practice to appellate work, family law, criminal defense, business formation, and transactional work. By starting his own business and by obtaining an undergraduate degree in business finance and an MBA with an emphasis in marketing, Mr. Bingham understands his business clients’ needs and is able to advise and navigate them through their various transactions and every aspect of litigation.
Prior to joining Durham Jones & Pinegar, Mr. Bingham was a litigation associate for Morgan, Minnock, Rice & James. There, his litigation practice consisted solely of personal injury, construction defect, and premises liability defense. Prior to law school, he started his own mortgage consulting company and worked for several fortune 500 companies in the financial industry.
Mr. Bingham has argued in front of the Utah Court of Appeals and serves as the Small Claims Pro Tem Judge for the Herriman City Justice Court.
