Cole L. Bingham is an experienced litigator whose practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation (including business torts, contract enforcement, negligence, intentional torts, and premises liability) and family law (including divorce, enforcement, modification, parental-rights, and adoption). Mr. Bingham also dedicates a portion of his practice to appellate work, business formation, and transactional work. By starting his own business and obtaining an undergraduate degree in business finance and an MBA with an emphasis in marketing, Mr. Bingham understands his clients’ needs and is able to advise and navigate them through their various transactions and every aspect of litigation.
Prior to joining Durham Jones & Pinegar, Mr. Bingham was a litigation association for Morgan, Minnock, Rice & James. There, his litigation practice consisted solely of personal injury, construction defect, and premises liability defense. Prior to law school, Mr. Bingham started his own mortgage consulting company and worked for several fortune 500 companies in the financial industry.
Mr. Bingham has argued in front of the Utah Court of Appeals and serves as the Smalls Claims Pro Tem Judge for the Herriman City Justice Court. When he is not advocating for his clients, Mr. Bingham enjoys camping, hiking, coaching, and playing golf.
