Women Lawyers Group

The Durham Jones & Pinegar (DJP) Women Lawyers Group is comprised of all of the firm’s female attorneys, covering the full range of DJP’s practice areas. The group was formalized in 2008 in order to better focus attention on business development, community outreach, recruitment and retention of women attorneys, and to be supportive of professional development for members of the group. Nearly 15.5% of our attorneys are women--one of the largest ratios among the major firms in our markets.

DJP can provide the depth and expertise that are important to women in business. The diversity of practices and experience of DJP’s Women Lawyers Group equates to an understanding of the challenges and diverse needs of women executives and business owners. Our practice groups make effective use of synergies between these broad areas of the law to structure effective solutions to meet our clients’ objectives.
