Tom Taylor Joins Durham Jones & Pinegar

Salt Lake City — Law firm Durham Jones & Pinegar (DJP) is pleased to announce that Thomas R. Taylor has joined the firm as a shareholder in its Salt Lake City office. Tom practices in the areas of corporate, securities, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts, restructurings and recapitalizations, corporate finance, complex loan transactions, and venture capital and private equity financings. Tom comes to DJP from thelocal office of an international law firm.Tom earned a Diploma in International Mergers & Acquisitions from The College of Law of England and Wales. He received a J.D. from the Arizona State University College of Law and an MBA from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management. He holds bachelor’s degrees from the University of Utahin Management, Accounting and Finance.Tom maintains an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics.
