R. Stephen Marshall

Mr. Marshall is the former chair of Durham Jones & Pinegar's Litigation Section (1996-2009). Mr. Marshall has substantial experience in commercial litigation matters involving banking, real estate, estates and trusts, business torts, intellectual property and contracts. He maintains an "AV" rating with Martindale/Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics.
