Robert L. Bolick

Most of my clients today are not nearly as concerned about making their kids rich when they pass away as they are about making sure that they can retain what they’ve spent their entire lives acquiring. The name of the game now is asset protection: keeping hard-earned assets out of the hands of the bad guys, mainly anyone trying to separate you from your money. Regardless of how much or little you have, most people have a strong emotional bond with their assets and experience separation anxiety if anyone attempts to have them part company.
