Salt Lake City Office

Our Salt Lake City office is our largest office, with over 30 attorneys. It is the center of our administrative operations. We are strategically located. It is only one block to the Third District Court for Salt Lake County, the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court and the City and County Building; two blocks to the U.S. District Court and the Bankruptcy Court. The Utah Division of Corporations and the Utah Department of Economic Development are across the street from our office. Our Salt Lake City office has one of the largest corporate/securities sections and one of the largest commercial litigation sections of any firm in Utah. Paul M. Durham is the President of the firm and the managing attorney of this office.

Driving Directions from SLC International Airport:

Leaving the airport, drive south toward I-80 for approx. 1.23 miles;
Merge onto I-80 EAST toward OGDEN/PROVO for 3.96 miles;
Take the 600 SOUTH exit and stay on 600 SOUTH for 1.88 miles;
Turn LEFT onto STATE STREET for 0.47 miles;
Turn RIGHT onto BROADWAY (300 SOUTH) and park in the garage east of our building.
