St. George — St. George attorney, Terry Wade, recently re-joined the law firm of Durham Jones & Pinegar (D|J|P) after serving as a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Asuncion, Paraguay.
Wade has practiced law in St. George for nearly 25 years and has been with Durham Jones & Pinegar as a shareholder for seven years. He earned his bachelor’s and a law degree from Brigham Young University, and is licensed in both Utah and Nevada. Wade maintains an “AV” rating with Martindale/Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics. His law practice focuses on the following principal areas:
