Salt Lake City— Attorneys Clinton E. Duke and Colby C. Nuttall have joined the law firm of Durham Jones & Pinegar.
Duke graduated from Harvard Law School in 2003. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from Brigham Young University in 2000. He is a registered Patent Attorney, and his practice focuses primarily on complex Intellectual Property Litigation, Intellectual Property Licensing, and Mediation and Arbitration. Prior to joining Durham Jones & Pinegar as a shareholder, Duke worked as a shareholder at Workman Nydegger.
Nuttall graduated from the University of Houston Law School, summa cum laude, in 2005. He graduated with a B.S., in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University, magna cum laude, in 2002. He joins the firm as an Intellectual Property attorney who focuses on U.S. Patent Prosecution, <st1:policysmarttags.cwspolicytagaction_5 w:st=”on” tagtype=”4″>Trademark Prosecution, Intellectual Property Licensing and International Patent Prosecution. Nuttall also worked as a shareholder at Workman Nydegger.
