Durham Jones & Pinegar welcomes Craig S. Newman and Anthony R. Ager as shareholders in its Las Vegas office. Both attorneys focus their practices on litigation matters.
Newman’s practice concentrates on a variety of matters including complex business disputes, commercial evictions, and gaming law. Newman works closely with several of Las Vegas’ large casinos. He received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court, District of Nevada and the United States Supreme Court. Newman has been named to Mountain States Super Lawyers and maintains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
Ager’s practice focuses on plaintiffs’ personal injury, commercial landlord tenant law, commercial litigation and gaming and non-gaming collections. He received his J.D. from the California Western School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, California and United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the Southern District of California. Ager has been named as a Rising Star in the Mountain States Super Lawyers list and he received the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Pro Bono Achievement Award.
