Tim Wheelwright Joins Durham Jones & Pinegar

Durham Jones & Pinegar, Utah's fastest growing law firm, announced the addition of Tim Wheelwright to its Ogden office. Wheelwright joins the firm as a shareholder in the Employment Section and Immigration Practice Group.

Wheelright will focus his practice on employment-based and other complex immigration matters, international and domestic adoptions, and general business transactions. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and currently serves as the chair of the Utah Chapter (AILA). He is also serving as the mayor of Pleasant View City, Utah.

Prior to joining Durham Jones & Pinegar, Wheelright was a shareholder with the Salt Lake City firm Kirton & McConkie, where he was also head of the Immigration Practice Group. He received his juris doctor degree from the University of Utah College of Law, and completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University.
