The Firm Hires Rick Hymas

Durham Jones & Pinegar, Utah's fastest growing law firm, has hired Richard M. Hymas as chairman of the firm's employment law section. Hymas specializes in employment law and business litigation.

Hymas joins Durham Jones & Pinegar with more than 25 years of employment law experience, most recently as a partner at Nielsen & Senior. He also currently serves as master of the bench for A. Sherman Christensen American Inn of Court I. Hymas received his J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University after receiving his B.S. in business management at BYU.

Hymas' presence bolsters Durham Jones & Pinegar's growing strength in the area of employment law.
