Michael S. Malmborg
Michael S. Malmborg is an associate of Durham Jones & Pinegar and a member of the firm's Litigation, Tax and Estate Planning sections.
Mr. Malmborg has extensive experience in estate planning, assisting clients with a range of estate planning needs, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives (living wills and health care powers of attorney), life insurance trusts, legacy trusts, family LLC’s, and charitable foundations, as well as business and individual tax matters.
Mr. Malmborg also has experience representing clients in business and contract disputes, probate litigation (including guardianships and estate administration), real estate litigation (including boundary disputes and foreclosure), collections, mechanic's liens, and landlord/tenant disputes, in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Malmborg served as a law clerk to Associate Chief Justice Michael J. Wilkins of the Utah Supreme Court.
