Michael A. Day

Michael A. Day is a shareholder in the St. George, Utah, office of Durham Jones & Pinegar.  He maintains a general civil practice and, as a member of the firm's Business & Finance Section, Real Estate Section and Family Law Section, has developed experience and expertise as follows:

  • Business & Finance:  business entity planning, formation and governance, including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies; advise, negotiate and prepare business and commercial contracts; business asset, stock and equity transactions;
  • Real Estate:  negotiate and prepare real estate transaction contracts; commercial and residential lease agreements; landlord/tenant rights and enforcement;
  • Litigation/Mediation/Arbitration:  resolution of civil disputes involving business, contract, commercial, landlord/tenant and real estate disputes;
  • Family Law:  Adoptions—domestic and international.
