J. Mark Gibb

Mr. Gibb began his legal career with Durham Jones & Pinegar as the firm's first associate. Mr. Gibb is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, specializing in complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis in intellectual property and real property law and recoveries involving investment fraud. Mr. Gibb regularly represents small and large companies and individuals in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals.
