Durham Jones & Pinegar attorneys have represented clients with interests in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Australia. Kevin Pinegar, one of our founding attorneys, completed post-graduate study at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific European Law Program, Salzburg, Austria, receiving a Diploma in Advanced International Legal Studies in 1983. He served for many years as an officer and director of the World Trade Association of Utah. He is a member of the International Bar Section of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Pinegar has published numerous articles on topics of international law. Mr. Durham and Mr. Pinegar have served on seminar panels in Utah and abroad on topics of international law.
