We work closely with business and financial experts in identification and valuation or premarital and marital assets, analysis of cash flow and standard of living in order to determine the distribution of income and property that will best and most fairly support the family post-divorce.
We also work with custody and parent time evaluators to assist clients in determining the legal and physical custody and parent time arrangements that are most appropriate for their children and themselves.
The attorneys in our Family Law Group also bring a wealth of experience to mediation, either as an alternative to divorce litigation, which can be costly in terms of time, resources and emotional stress; or as required by court rules.
The Family Law Practice Group is chaired by A. Howard Lundgren, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is consistently included in Utah Business magazine’s “Legal Elite,” Best Lawyers in America, and Mountain States Super Lawyers in the area of Family Law. In addition, Mr. Lundgren is a trained member of the Collaborative Family Lawyers of Utah.
