Don Bennion

Don Bennion is a seasoned attorney with trial experience in state and federal courts for southern and northern Nevada. The primary focuses of his practice are commercial and construction litigation, premises liability, employment, real estate, insurance defense, and gaming law.

His current and former clients include the Bank of New York; Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department; Clark County, Nevada; Allstate Insurance Company; Treasure Island Hotel & Casino; Nevada Association of Public Safety Officers; Tradewinds Constructions;international architectural firm Leo A. Daly, Inc.; and hundreds of construction companies. Bennion has tried more than twenty cases in state and federal courts.

As time permits, Don pursues a wide range of interests, including skiing, poetry, golf, American history and annual Grand Canyon adventures with his wife and three children.
