Clinton E. Duke

Clinton E. Duke is a registered patent attorney and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Litigation Sections. His practice focuses on patent infringement litigation but includes all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including disputes involving trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights and unfair business practices. He has successfully represented clients in several federal district courts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Duke is also experienced in intellectual property licensing, intellectual property portfolio management, providing formal intellectual property opinions and alternative dispute resolution.
