Well-established, large downtown law firm is seeking a litigation secretary to work in our SLC office. The firm is looking for a motivated, dedicated and reliable professional with a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational and time management skills. The candidate must be proficient with Utah State and Federal filing procedures and rules. Thorough working knowledge of the MS Office suite is essential. Must be licensed in Nevada. Will handle written discovery, legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motion drafting, depositions, appearances at hearings, and day-to-day management of cases in state and federal courts. Caseload is primarily insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, but also general commercial litigation and business disputes. Excellent writing skills are required. Strong academic credentials; top 1/3, Law Review and Moot Court experience preferred. Excellent writing skills are required.
