Burton G. Davis

Mr. Davis is a member of the firm's Business Litigation, Employment, and Intellectual Property Sections. He specializes in advising individuals and business entities in litigation strategy and related risks, including alternative methods of dispute resolution relating to intellectual property, complex commercial and general civil litigation matters. Mr. Davis has extensive experience in both state and federal court in all stages of litigation, including trial.  His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property litigation including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright as well as a variety of other civil matters including contract, real estate, construction, and employment disputes, and business tort litigation.
