Attorneys in our Real Estate and Banking Section have experience representing real estate developers and owners in all aspects of development including purchase, zoning, development agreements, leasing, finance, and sales. We have experience with development of real property for commercial, residential, office, mixed use, industrial, retail, and resorts.

In the real estate financing area, we work with banks and other lenders as construction-lending and project-lending counsel. We have handled construction loans in Utah and in many other parts of the country. Our lawyers' expertise includes active involvement in structuring and documenting a full range of lending transactions, including conventional mortgages, participating and convertible mortgages, and securitization of residential and commercial mortgage products. Our attorneys also have experience in arranging joint-venture financing for large-scale real estate projects.
