Banking and Financial Services Durham Jones & Pinegar attorneys regularly work with banks and other financial services institutions. Members of our Banking practice group advise financial institutions on complex financing transactions, restructurings, and workouts. Some of our attorneys draw on a depth of work experience in the banking industry. For example, David Klomp, a member of our Board of Directors, was the Regional General Counsel for KeyCorp and its predecessors for over 15 years before joining Durham Jones & Pinegar.
Our attorneys advise banks and other financial institutions and prepare documentation for them with respect to all kinds of commercial lending transactions, including loans secured by real property, personal property and intangible assets.
