Mr. Atwater joined the firm in 2007, after working as a law clerk at the firm for the previous two years. Mr. Atwater's practice focuses on corporate and business law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities compliance. Mr. Atwater also has experience in small business and individual tax matters.
