Mr. Gordon's practice focuses on employment law and business litigation. He has experience in a broad array of employment litigation and related matters, such as non-competition and protecting trade secrets and proprietary information. Additionally, he helps employers avoid litigation by creating and implementing training programs, employment-related agreements, policies and procedures, and dispute resolution mechanisms and programs. Mr. Gordon is also a certified mediator and the Chair of the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
