Mr. Gordon's practice focuses on employment law and business litigation. He has experience in a broad array of employment litigation and related matters, such as non-competition and protecting trade secrets and proprietary information. Additionally, he helps employers avoid litgation by creating and implementing training programs, employment related agreements, policies and procedures, and dispute resolution mechanisms and programs. Mr. Gordon is also a certified mediator and the Chair of the firm's Dispute Resolution Group.
