Philip M. Ballif joined the firm in November 2007 and is a member of the firm's litigation section. Prior to joining Durham Jones & Pinegar, Mr. Ballif practiced law for twenty-one years in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a shareholder with the Nevada firm of Jones Vargas from 1996 to 2007, where he was co-chairman of the firm's litigation practice group and a member of the firm's board of directors.
His practice concentrates on general civil litigation, including disputes involving contracts, business torts, corporate governance, partnership and limited liability company dissolution, real estate, franchising, intellectual property, trade secret, construction and election law.
Mr. Ballif practices and represents clients in both Utah and Nevada. |
