Mr. Atwater joined the firm in 2007 after working as a law clerk at the firm for the previous two years. Mr. Atwater's practice focuses on corporate and business law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities compliance. Mr. Atwater also has experience in small business and individual tax matters.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
  • Mr. Atwater has been a volunteer for the United States Internal Revenue Service's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program for several years, helping low- and moderate-income individuals understand income tax laws and preparation procedures.
  • Mr. Atwater is an Adjunct Professor of Tax and Accounting at Eagle Gate College in Murray, Utah. He has taught classes in financial accounting principles, managerial accounting, fundamentals of income taxation, and word processing.
