Mr. Lloyd practices in the areas of securities law, corporate law, business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He handles SEC periodic filings for a number of public companies. He has represented clients in connection with private placements of securities as well as public offerings of securities, both equity and debt.

Mr. Lloyd joined Durham Jones & Pinegar in 1999, and has worked in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Group since that time. His practice focuses primarily on securities law, and includes both publicly and privately held companies. He has been involved with numerous private placements of securities, including common stock, preferred stock, debt instruments, and limited liability company units.

In connection with our public company clients, Mr. Lloyd has worked on numerous secondary public offerings of securities. He works with several of our publicly held clients in preparing and filing their annual and quarterly reports, proxy statements, and registration statements.
