Mr. Davis is an associate of the firm and a member of the firm's Real Estate and Banking and Corporate and Securities Sections. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Justice Ronald E. Nehring, Associate Justice, Utah Supreme Court. His practice concentrates on banking, real estate and commercial transactions, and general corporate law.
