Daniel Rogers joined Durham Jones & Pinegar in 2005. Daniel Rogers graduated from Boston University School of Law where he gained practical experience from serving in the legislative clinic and moot court programs.
Mr. Rogers' practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, personal financial planning, charitable giving, wealth transfer opportunities, limited liability corporations, trademarks, and copyrights.
Representative work done for Estate Planning clients have included:
- Representing clients in personal financial planning and asset protection including the structuring of various trusts, entity formation, income tax planning for businesses and individuals, like-kind exchanges, and tax appeals/disputes with the IRS
- Drafting living trusts and wills
- Representing clients in estate and trust administration
- Counseling and representing clients in charitable giving and wealth transfer opportunities

- Counseling clients on trademark selection, clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
- Representing clients in trademark and copyright disputes including pre-trial litigation matters, negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements.
- Representing clients in trademark and copyright transactions including negotiating and drafting licensing agreements.
- Counseling clients concerning the creation, ownership, and protection of copyrights and other intellectual property.
