Mr.Wade is a member of the firm's board of directors. He is a certified mediator. His business practice includes contracts and real estate transactions and development. His litigation practice includes commercial litigation, landlord/tenant, mechanic's liens, construction disputes, collections, personal injury and real estate litigation. Mr. Wade also serves frequently as a mediator. Mr. Wade is on a leave of absence from the firm from June 2007 through July 2010, where he is serving as a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Asuncion Paraguay.
