Mr. Tufts is an experienced trial attorney who has handled a wide array of matters, including trials as first chair, appeals before the Utah Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and related mediations. He has a broad range of experience involving contracts, commercial law, investment fraud, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, construction and mechanics liens, employment issues, and real estate matters.

Mr. Tufts actively represents clients in commercial litigation in Utah and in California, where he is licenced and practiced before joining Durham Jones & Pinegar.

Mr. Tufts is the chair of the firm's Associate Development Committee and the past chair of the firm's Recruiting Committee.
