Mr. Olson is a trial attorney with substantial trial, appellate, arbitration, and mediation experience. He has represented local and national companies, as well as individuals, in numerous complex commercial litigation matters, including contract, securities, antitrust, real estate, and employment disputes. Mr. Olson has also developed expertise in public education law.

Mr. Olson is admitted to all state and federal courts sitting in the State of Utah, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before joining the firm, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Utah Law Review and as law clerk to Justice Leonard H. Russon of the Utah Supreme Court. During law school, Mr. Olson began his legal career as the firm's first summer associate.

  • TruGreen Companies, L.L.C. v. Scotts Lawn Service, 508 F. Supp. 2d 937 (D. Utah 2007) (Cassell, J.); see also 2007 U.S. Dist.
